Marvel Rae Foote was born to Howard Vallery Foote & Betty Stebbins. When her parents divorced she went with her Aunt Chartelle, who raised her to womanhood. She was a hard worker and worked for different companies in management. She at one time in 1974 was in partners with some friends and had a catering business.
She was preceded in death by her father, and her aunt Chartelle.
