Edna Alford Crowell passed away December 29, 2009 at age 83, after an extended illness. A memorial service will be held at the First United Methodist Church, Grand Bay, AL on Saturday, January 2, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. the service will be led by Rev. Daniel Randall. She was predeceased by her parents Ernest M. Alford and Trecie Caton Alford and an infant grandson Andrew Alford Crowell. She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years Huelin Crowell (Sonny) and her sister Ernestine A. Hughes of Montgomery, AL. Mrs. Crowell is also survived by her sons James T. Daniels, Jr. (Marine) of Ramer, AL, Earnest Michael Daniels (Lisa) of Kingwood, TX, Huelin A. Crowell (Cindy) of Natchitoches, LA and her daughter Sandra C. Lansing (David) of Grand Bay. She is also survived by her grandchildren James T. Daniels, III, Laura Ross (John), Taylor Daniels, Allison Daniels, Jack H. Crowell, Holly E. Crowell, Derek lansing and her great grandchildren Madelyn Paige Ross and Mollie Grace Ross. She is also survived by her closest and dearest friend Carol Sevier.
