June was born to Dolphus Buckley & Alma Massey Buckley. She was the youngest of 8 living children. June had 3 sisters, 2 lived in Jacksonville & 1 in Lufkin, & 4 brothers, all in the Jacksonville area. She married Jimmy Lee McClure & they had 1child, a son, James Lee McClure, on whom she doted. Nothing was more important to June than her family. She died unexpectedly of a blood clot in a Houston hospital.
