MILLER, NANCY DREW, 88, of Altamonte Springs, FL died Friday, October 3, 2008. Nancy was born April 11, 1920 in Evanston, IL to the late Robert and Elizabeth Drew. She graduated from the University of Michigan and was a member of Phi Beta Pi Sorority. She was a Lt. JG, US Navy Supply Corps, during WW II and lived in Illinois until 1970, when she and her husband moved to Longwood, Florida where she became a successful real estate broker. She was also an avid golfer, bridge player, patron of the arts, and a member of Rolling Hills Country Club. Nancy is predeceased by her parents, her brother Robert S. Drew, Jr., and husband of 49 years, John H. Miller, US Army Air Corps. Survivors are son John H. Miller, Jr., and daughters Myra Eggert (Steve), Polly Lindsay (John), and Katy Bretz (Larry); 8 grandchildren: Peter, John, Michael, Jeff, Sarah, Carolyn, Emily, and Julie; 3 great grandchildren, and sister-in-law Annie Topham (Lee), and her children, Bill, Bob, and Mike Drew. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Hospice of the Comforter. Memorial services will be Wednesday, October 8, 2008 at 11:00 AM at St. Marks Presbyterian Church, 1021 Palm Springs Drive, Altamonte Springs, FL 32701.
