Louise Maedale Cook, 64, died Friday in Ball Memorial Hospital after a brief illness.
Mrs. Cook was born in Lee County, Virginia, and she was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband of 45 years, Glenn E. Cook; five sons, Gary Cook (wife-Tammy), Floyd E. Cook (wife-Louise), Lloyd E. Cook (wife-Connie), Jerry Lee Cook (wife-Dawn), and Everett Lee Cook (wife-Elizabeth); a brother, Wesley Davis (wife-Carol); three sisters, Lucy Cooper (husband-Marion), Virginia B. McCluskey (husband-James), and Ola R. Phipps (husband-Albert); 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Parson Mortuary. Burial will be in Elm Ridge Cemetery.
Calling will be 4-7 p.m. Tuesday at the mortuary.
