Billy Paul Frazier, 82, of Whitesburg passed away Thursday, February 10, 2011 at the Fountain Circle Rehab Facility at Winchester. Billy Paul was the son of the late Dan D. and Lola Frazier. Surviving are 2 sons: Paul Mark Frazier and Scott Craft Frazier both of Lexington; 1 daughter: Autumn Brock of Somerset; 3 grandchildren: Hunter Frazier, Hope Frazier, and Jonah Brock. Funeral: 2:00 O'clock P.M. Sunday, February 12, 2011 at the Graham Memorial Presbyterian Church with Jerry Utt officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. Saturday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Sandlick Cemetery at Whitesburg, Kentucky.
