Doris Lillian Agee of Roanoke, died Friday, November 16, 1990, at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Central Church of the Brethren. Miss Agee had served with the U.S. Armed Forces during World War II as a First Lieutenant Army nurse stationed in England, and retired as a registered nurse from Roanoke Memorial Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents, John T., Sr. and Laura Agee; a brother, C. Emmett Agee; and a sister, Nannie Beach. Surviving are two brothers, John T. Agee Jr., Lynchburg; William C. Agee, Floyd; three sisters, Ola A. Harris, Roanoke; Lois A. Terry, Goodview; Louise A. Millner, Goode; a number of devoted nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted from Lotz Roanoke Chapel 10:00 a.m. Monday, November 19, 1990, with the Rev. David A. Yingling officiating. Interment will be in Old Dominion Memorial Gardens.
