He was a member of Orion Missionary Baptist Church.
He was employed as an off-shore crane operator for Ensco Company. He was a member of the Arkansas Cattlemen's Association.
He was preceded in death by a son, Brian Keith Fleming; and two brothers, Roy Fleming and Alvin Fleming.
Survivors include his wife, two sons, two daughters, a stepson, a stepdaughter, two brothers, three sisters, and nine grandchildren.
