MEAD, Okla. - Funeral services for Pamela Lois Holmes, 60, of Mead, will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 15, 2011, in Brown's Funeral Service Chapel. Burial will be in Mead Cemetery.
She died Friday, March 11, 2011, at her residence.
Surviving are her husband, Paul Holmes of Mead; sons, Curtis Russell and Jody Russell, both of Mead; and four grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 26 stepgrandchildren.
The family will be at the funeral home from 6 -8 p.m. Monday.

Pamela Lois Pruitt Holmes

Pamela Lois Holmes, 60, of Mead, Okla., passed away Friday, March 11, 2011 at her home.

Pam was born June 16, 1950 in Durant, Okla., to Elvin Seldon Pruitt Sr. and Betty Jean Gossett Pruitt. She married Paul Holmes on Sept. 22, 1981. She was of the Pentecostal Faith and was a Preacher's wife. She loved praising the Lord, spending time with her family and grandkids and leading people to Jesus.

Pam is survived by her husband of the home; sons, Curtis Russell and wife Sarah, Jody Russell and wife Rachel, Terry Bailey, Randy Holmes, Ricky Holmes, Reana Price, Charles Holmes and Carl Holmes; brothers, Elvin Seldon Pruitt Jr., Ronnie Mike Mullens, Tommy Allen Pruitt and Samuel Rocky Pruitt; sisters, Jean Bias, Dana Reese, Sonja Barnett, Sandra Hensley and Cynthia Pruitt; one foster daughter, Edwina of Okay; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren and a host of other friends and relatives.

Funeral services will be held 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 15, at Brown's Funeral Service Chapel, Durant, Okla. Family hour was Monday, March 14, from 6-8 p.m. Interment will be at Mead Cemetery.

Casket bearers will be Curtis Russell, Jody Russell, Colton Russell, Mikey Tate, Troy Holland and Kenny Rice.
