Marsha Lee Butler, 62 of Summerville, SC, widow of Edward Butler, died Thursday, October 28, 2010 at her residence.
A memorial service will be held Thursday evening, November 4, 2010 at SonRise Christian Church where she attended, 102 Myers Road, Summerville, SC, at 6 o'clock. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Beacon Hospice, 786 Johnnie Dodds Blvd., Mt. Pleasant, SC 29464.
Mrs. Butler was born July 5, 1948 in Marlborough, MA, a daughter of Gordon Hutt and Alva L. Houde Hutt. She was employed in retail customer service.
Survivors include three daughters, Debra Martino and Ronald Ballou of Summerville, Denise Pelow of Danville, VT and Crystal Butler of Summerville; two sons, David and Michelle Martino of Norwood, MA and Richard and Michelle Butler of Moncks Corner, SC one Sister, Carol Hutt of MA; her fiance, Mac McLendon of FL; seven grandchildren, Christopher, Ryan and Danielle Pelow, Amber and Jonathan Valiente, Charlotte and Nicole Martino.
We want to thank the Beacon Hospice and the special nurses, and staff at Hollings Cancer Center.
