Nathaniel Currier 77 of Norman Pl. died Yesterday at Alexian Brothers Hospital, Elizabeth.
He was the last descendant of the Currier and Ives fame.
Service will be conducted at 2 pm tomorrow at the Gray Memorial Funeral Home, 12 Springfield Ave. Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery, Westfield.
Mr. Currier was born in Brooklyn and lived in Cranford the past 40 years.
He was a Marine Corps Veteran of World War I and retired in 1962 from Kopppers Co., Inc. Garwood. He was in the accounting department.
He was the son of the late Frank E and Freda S. Currier. There are no known survivors.
Friends may call today at the funeral home from 7 to 9pm.
