Frederick C. Aab, 84, formerly of Lima, died at 6:30 p.m. Saturday in St. Marys Rest Home after an illness of two years.
He was born in Germany and was a retired hotel owner. He formerly owned the Manhattan Hotel in Lima.
He was a member of the Wapakoneta Elks Club.
His wife, Alta, died in 1947.
Survivors include two sons, Frederick D. Aab of Springfield, Mo., Dr. Franklin G. Aab of St. Marys; four grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday at Davis Miller and Son Cathedral Chapel. Rev. Richard Vitz will officiate.
Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Monday.
