Mrs. Mina E. Newell, 84, of Noxen, died Saturday at noon at her home.
Born in East Lemon, she was a member of Independent Bible Church, Noxen and its Sunday School.
Surviving are her husband, John; daughters, Mrs. Eliza Dailey, Tunkhannock; Mrs. Carl Siglin, Mrs. Doris LaBarr and Mrs. Bernard Mulligan, all of Noxen; son, Roy, Noxen; 17 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren.
Funeral will be Tuesday at 2 from funeral home, Beaumont, with Rev. Warren Hathaway of Ardsley officiating. Interment will be in Orcutt Cemetery, Noxen.
