Lorenzo married Lucretia Mooring on 30 Nov. 1840 at Wake Co., NC. The family had nine known children. Lorenzo died at the age of 79. He was buried at Tapley Bolen's family Cemetery.

I found a Tapley Bolen Cemetery, but the records state there are only 3 graves there. There is also a Bowlin Plantation Cemetery in Chatham with 20 unlisted graves. It is possible due to spelling variations, that Lorenzo is buried there.)
