Burial Note:
George was supposedly buried in Beaverdams / Smith Cemetery and later moved to Allanburg Cemetery.
The Smith gravedigger records state that a George Upper was buried 15 July 1817. It is believed that George & Anna Upper and one small child were in the Smith Cemetery and moved to the Upper Burial Ground at a later date.
A 1984 transcript of the Allanburg Private Cemetery makes no mention of George.
