C.E. Fendorf, 66, of 1301 Moreland Dr., died at 6 p.m. yesterday at St. Mary's Hospital. He suffered a heart attack a week ago at his office.

Mr. Fendorf was secretary-treasurer of the National Farm Loan Association. The Jefferson City office served Miller, Cole, Maries, Osage and Gasconade counties. He served in that capacity 28 years and for the past ten years in Jefferson City.

He formerly was a cashier in a Tuscumbia bank. A veteran of World War I, he taught manual training in Jefferson City schools before entering service.

In addition to his wife, Hattie, of the home; he is survived by two daughters, Katherine Fendorf, of the home, and Mrs. Eugene B. Henschel of St. Louis; two brothers, Robert M. of St. Louis, and Frank E. Fendorf of Kansas City; two sisters, Mrs. C.B. Kouns of Walnut Creek, Calif., and Mrs. H.M. Swanson of Tuscumbia; and one daughter.

His body is at an Eldon funeral home. Funeral arrangements are incomplete.
