She return to Perry in 1993 and became a member to of Martha Ann Baptist Church serving as a usher. She later changed her membership to New Pentacostal Church of Perry where she served as a the only usher.
She married Tommie Little and had two daughters: Dora Kate and Mary.
She married Willie Simmons and had three sons: James, Morris Eugene, and Leroy Simmons
She passed away in August 2000 in Perry Ga.
