Mr. Frederick Leon Starr of Huntsville passed away Thursday at a local nursing facility. He was 87 years old.

Mr. Starr was preceded in death by his wife Elizabeth Starr and two brothers Cecil Starr Jr. and Jack Starr.

He is survived by his sister-in-law Jane Starr of Huntsville and two nieces , Jan Sahawneh of Oneonta and Karen Espey of Huntsville.

Funeral services at Spry Funeral Home, with Tim Espey officiating, burial at Maple Hill Cemetery
