David J. Morgan, 56, of Worcester, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on Thursday, March 3, 2011.

Mr. Morgan was born in Worcester, the son of the late Paul J. Morgan, Sr. and Doris M. (Sweet) Morgan. He graduated from Burncoat Sr. High School and became a land surveyor in Massachusetts and California. He later worked as a self employed flooring installer for over 31 years. David's true love in life was hunting and fishing, which he enjoyed throughout the United States and Canada.

He is survived by his brothers, Paul J. "Chipper" Morgan of Worcester; Robert Morgan of Brewster, MA; and John Morgan of Rutland, MA.

Mr. Morgan had ten nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Kerry (Morgan) Daniels.

David and his family were neighbors and friends of my family when we were growing up. He will be missed dearly. Rest peacefully dear David, until we meet again.
