EHLERT, Johanna Louise Regina (HEIDEMANN), wife of August Ehlert, died on 4 January at the age of fifty seven years. She was born on 2 October 1854 in Prilipp, Kreis Prilitz in Pommern and came with her husband in 1883 from Germany to Pella. Eleven children were born in their marriage, six sons and five daughters. Two children preceded her in death. She was given a Christian burial on 8 January in Bethlehem's Cemetery with Pastor Stubenvoll officiating.
