He was preceeded in death by his second wife, Cecil Davis Arledge., two brothers Harold D of Carthage, NY, and Floyd C of Bordentown, NJ., and a sister Kathleen Butts of Carthage NY. Survivors include his first wife, Jane Elizabeth (Bette) Steinbach Ruigrok and his son James A Borland, both of Daytona Beach, FL, his third wife Allene Borland of Singer, LA., a sister Inez (Nina) Kick of Port Byron, NY, eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
