---Mrs. J.F. Buckley, wife of Dr. J. F. Buckley, passed away at her home in La Plata Monday morning, November 1, of a complication of diseased.
---Funeral services were held at the residence Tuesday afternoon at 2:30, conducted by Rev. H.A. Browning after which interment was made in the La Plata cemetery.
---Nancy M. Guffy was born in Putnam county, Missouri October 23, 1862. She was married to J.F. Buckley November 22, 1879. To this union were born three children, all of whom survive her and are as follows: Mrs. Stella Hopson of La Plata, Mrs. Blanche Logan of Fernal, Iowa and Dr. Clarence Buckley of La Plata. She is also survived by her husband, father, two sisters, two grandchildren and a host of friends who will mourn her departure.
