MOUNT PLEASANT -- May 20 1931 Daily Courier
Fremont Gearhart, 74 years old died yesterday at the home of his son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. John Metz. He had been retired for a number of years. He formerly was employed by the Fayette County Gas Company. He is survived by four sons and a daughter: Arthur of Bakersville; Clyde, Earle and Robert of Mount Pleasant and Mrs. Metz.
The funeral service will be at the Metz home Friday. Burial will be in Mount Joy Cemetery.
