Amy Nicole Adams, 28 of Allendale, IL passed away Sunday, March 20, 2011 in Henderson, KY due to a traffic accident.
Amy was born December 15, 1982 in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Her parents are Mike and Deanna Medler.
Amy worked as a Radiology Technician at Wabash General Hospital in Mt. Carmel, IL. Her 2 girls were her life. She loved all of her family and enjoyed getting together. She was a member of the Wabash Presbyterian Church in Orio, IL. She also was an avid volleyball player and coach.
She is survived by 2 daughters; Grace and Emma Adams of Allendale, IL, her parents; Dee and Mike Medler of Allendale, IL, 2 sisters; Tesha (Gabe) Weiss of Evansville, IN, Cori Medler of Denver, CO, 3 brothers; Randy (Stefani) Medler, Allan (Amanda) Medler, Adam Medler all of Allendale, IL, Grandparents; Jeanette Corrie-Lee, Fred and Carole Saltsgaver, Deloria Medler all of Allendale, IL, and John and Janis Carwile of Friendsville, IL, Great-grandma; Dorothy Medler of Zephyrhills, FL. Also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather; Allan Medler.
