HAROLD DAVID SEAL (SR.)

LAFAYETTE - Funeral services will be held Thursaday, Dec. 27, 2007, at an 11 a.m. service in La Chapelle de Martin & Castille for Harold David Seal, 76, who passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Dec. 26, 2007, at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center in Lafayette.

Entombment will be in Calvary Cemetery.
Survivors include his beloved wife Geraldine FitzGerald Seal of Lafayette, three daughters Nancy Herbert and her husband, Didier of Mandeville, La., Jannifier Williams and her husband, David of Alexandria, La., and Cindy Boulet and husband, Robbie of Houston, one son, David Seal and his wife, Louise of Richmond, Va.; nine grandchildren, Grace Elizabeth Seal, Christrophoer Hebert and his wife, Ava, Jordan Hebert, Jeremy Hebert, Kayli Matzahn, Michelle Malzahn, Alicia Boulet, Andrew Boulet, and Rachel Boulet; and four brothers, Aubrey Seal, Rachel Seal, Bobby Seal, and Elbert Seal.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters Maudie Mae Jones, Doris Scott; two brothes R.C. Seal and W.C.Seal, and one grandson Austin Seal.

A native of Tom Greene county, Texas, and resident of Lafayette, Louisiana for over 33 years, spending over 20 of those years overseas. In retirement he had a love or roses, served as a Rosarian for the Acadiana Rose Society, and was awarded with a prestigious bronze medal from the American Rose Society. Mr Seal enjoyed spending time with hs family, whom he adored. He will be dearly missed not only by family and friends, but by all who knew and loved him.

Pallbearers will be Christropher Hebert, Jordan Hebert, Jeremy Hebert, Didier Hebert, Andrew Boulet, and Robbie Boulet.

The family requests that visitation be observed . Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2007, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Thursday, Dec. 27, 2007, from 10 a.m. until time of services.
