Harry was born to Byron and Bessie Capehart Haskins.

He married Frances Kupperschmidt August 14, 1937, and they had one son, James A. Haskins.

He had three brothers: Joseph, William and Reverend Jack Haskins. Two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Harry was a Nephew of the late and great Senator Homer E. Capehart R-Indiana.

He was a Fifty-Year member of the Masonic Lodge-Scottish Rite in Washington Indiana. He was a member of Maple Hill Methodist Church of Wanamaker, Indiana.

Harry will be missed by all that knew him.
