Mary Jane Gray was born to Robert (1806-1860) and Mary (1805-) Gray in Ohio. She married James Stout (b.1831)on July 2, 1854 in Iowa. They were the parents of 10 children that I am aware of; Lorenzo, Robert J., Alice Louella, Charles A., Susan M., Anna, Jennie, Irma D., Brown G. and Eva. James moved to Reeder, Kansas after her death to live with his daughter, Mrs. Alice Louella "Ella" Ford and her family where he died sometime between 1915-1920 and is buried.
