Pauline was the third of four girls of Samuel James and Leila Jo Stovall. She was born and died at an early age in Warren, Arkansas, and she was the Aunt I never met.

I remembering being told that her illness was abdominal in nature, but other than that, I don't know anything else. To the best of my knowledge, anyone who might have known is long gone.

Pauline's headstone was handmade by her father. She died of causes unknown to the author's Mother (Pauline's sister who was born after her death).

She was supposedly buried in Warren's Outlaw Cemetery, a street away from Main in Warren, but there is no Outlaw Cemetery listed in Warren, only in Sumpter, or closer to Heber Springs.

Since it was required to add a cemetery name, I chose one of many in Warren; hopefully this mystery can be solved.

One known photo of her exists and I hope to add it soon.

Many thanks to L Howsen of Find-A-Grave who surprised me by adding Pauline's headstone on April 15, 2011.
