Jacob Andre, 68, died at his home at Rhine Center Wednesday evening. Born in Ohio, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Balzer Andre, on June 16, 1881, he made his home in and around Rhine Center since 1906, where he was employed on various farms. He had never married.
Survivors are four nephews and a niece. A sister, several brothers and his parents preceded him in death.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at the Meiselwitz Funeral home at Kiel and burial will be made in the Bethel church cemetery in the town of Meeme.
