Jeffrey W. Stahlman is the son of George Stahlman and Julu Stahlman (nee Buzard).

Clarion Democrat published December 8, 1964:

Funeral services were held for Jeffrey W. Stahlman, 15, of Oil City from the Buchanan and Schmidt Funeral Home. Rev. Adolph Kunen of the First Presbyterian Church officiated and interment was in the Franklin Cemetery.
Jeffrey died Tuesday afternoon, Dec. 8, in the Franklin Hospital where he had been admitted Friday, Dec. 4. Born in Youngstown, Ohio, Sept. 24, 1949, he was the son of George and Julu Buzard Stahlman. He was a ninth grade student at Franklin Junior High School.
Prior to moving to Franklin, the family resided in Youngstown where he was active in Little League baseball and in the Bollney Rogers Football League. Later the family moved to Charleston, S.C., where he was active in Pony League baseball. Jeffrey was a member of the Presbyterian Church and the Sunday School of the church.
Surviving in addition to his parents are his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Buzard of Strattanville and a number of aunts and uncles.
