Born 8th April 1876. Hawaiian Islands Maui Co, Hawaii.
To Henry P. and Emily Alexander Baldwin. Baldwin Graduated from Yale and Then Harvard Law School 1898–1891.
He moved to Cleveland, Ohio and Practiced law in his firm Garfield McGregor & Baldwin . His law partner James Rudolph Garfield Was Son of President James A. Garfield.
He Married Reba Louise WilliamsJune 17, 1902
Parents Of Five Children. Henry, Louise, Fred, Alexander and Sarah. Baldwin wrote a biography of his father. He became a lieutenant of field artillery in World War I and died in 1954.

With Judge Daniel Babat Of Crestline Baldwin served on a commission to codify Ohio Children’s Law; was a candidate on the Progressive ticket for State representation in 1912 (unsuccessful); a member of the Brathenal School Board 1910-13; and a member of troop A, O.N.G., 1901-3.
Baldwin organized the law firm of Crowell & Baldwin in 1908; He served as secretary Workingmen’s Collateral Loan Co.; director of American Fabric & Belting Co.; member of Nisi Prius Club; trustee of Cleveland Federation for Charity and Philanthropy; secretary of Legal Aid Society; member of Executive Board Civic League’ of Cleveland Municipal Association; and was director of City Club.

His favorite recreations were Horseback Riding and Tennis.
