Mike was born March 2, 1931 to James F. and Belva P. Sullivan in Salt Lake City, Utah. He served his country in the Korean War.
His joy in life was spending time with family and friends, fishing, golfing, and trapshooting. He was an accomplished mechanic and cabinet maker. Mike had many great qualities, one of which was his great sense of humor. He was always quick with a joke to put a smile on anyone's face.
He is survived by his loving wife of fifty-six years, Janice Wolstenholme Sullivan; children, Michael (Susan), Terry (Ken) Hampton, and Christopher (Cindy); eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and two special sisters-in-law, Arva and Rae.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 30, 2011 in Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 2840 South 9000 West, where friends and family may call on Wednesday from 10:00-11:00 a.m. prior to Mass.
Committal: Valley View Memorial Park.
