Funeral services for Patricia M. Dunshee, 25, of Petoskey, will be held Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at the Stone Funeral Home. Rev. Jerry Jacquish will officiate and burial will be in Joy Valley Cemetery.
Mrs. Dunshee died unexpectedly March 14, at Little Traverse Division of Northern Michigan Hospital.
The former Patricia M. Lashmit was born July 4, 1956 in Charleviox. She attended Petoskey schools and graduated from Petoskey High School in 1974.
On March 20, 1979 she married Duane Dunshee in Epsilon and the couple have resided there since.
Mrs. Dunshee had recently been employed at Revco in Petoskey and attended the Epsilon United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Elizabeth and Jody, both at home; her parents, George F. Lashmit of Petoskey and Florida and Rose Lashmit of Petoskey; four brothers, John of Charlevoix, Elmer and Abe, both of Petoskey, Carl of Atlanta, Ga.; several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the Stone Funeral Home from 7 - 9 p.m. on Tuesday. The family suggests anyone wishing to honor the memory of Mrs. Dunshee, may do so by contributing in her name to the Emmet County Ambulance, c/o Petoskey Fire Department, funds to be used for needed equipment. Envelopes for that purpose are available at the Stone Funeral Home.
