After his courageous battle he died where he wanted to be the most, in the comfort of his home, with his family by his side. Loving father of Lizzi (Jeff) Kelly-Ancel, Brandon Kelly. Loving grandfather of Chloe Kelly, Caden, and Kailen Ancel. Loving brother of Jimmy (Kerry), and Danny (Laura) Kelly. Beloved friend and advocate Laura Patterson. Friend and business partner Glenn Jorgenson. Beloved uncle of Ryan Kelly, Kristin Lauder, Paul Kelly, and Kristine Kitchell. And a magnitude of friends. Preceded in death by his parents James F. and Paula M. (nee Burress) Kelly. A U.S. Army Vietnam veteran. A member of Cantigny Post VFW. President and owner of Power House Tool Inc. Holder of multiple patents. Mike loved traveling the world with his family and friends, a charismatic story teller who's smile lit up the room. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to your local Hospice Organization in Mike's memory. Mike wants all of his family and friends to always remember "DATS RYT!" A Celebration of Mike's life will begin Friday April 1, 2011 at 9:30am with prayers at the funeral home, then in procession to the Cathedral of St. Raymond for a Mass of Christian Burial. Memorial visitation Friday from 8:30am until time of service.
