GEORGE BREWBAKER -
George Brewbaker ,1015 Crafford Street. Bushnell,died at 7:40 Friday morning at the St. Francis Hospital.He had been a patient at the hospital about a week and death was caused by a cerebral hemorrhage. He was a retired farmer and at one time had farmed in the Lynn Grove neighborhood six miles northwest of Bushnell. He was a member of the Methodist church. Mr. and Mrs Brewbaker,the former Mary Elizabeth Hageman, celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary last Feb. 14. She survives with a son, Leonard Brewbaker,and a daughter, Mrs Gladys Sheneberger, both of Bushnell. A daughter Mrs Blanche Kalin,is deceased. Funeral services were held at 3:00 o'clock Sunday afternoon at the Kugler and Combs funeral parlors, with Rev. Kenneth Knox in charge. Interment was in the Bushnell Cemetery.
