Her funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Fairbury, the Rev. Kenneth Tyler and the Rev. Donald Conrod officiating. Burial will be in Forrest Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
She was born Sept. 6, 1910, in rural Fairbury, a daughter of Walter and Lena Tammen Cresswell. She married Lloyd Earl Danforth June 22, 1935, at Danvers. He died March 12, 1974.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Betty Lawrence, Fairbury; a brother, Harold Cresswell, Piper City, and three grand children.
Her parents and a brother preceded her in death.
She attended the Dwight Baptist Church and was a lifetime area resident.
She was employed by the housekeeping department of St. James Hospital.
Memorials may be made to the Jacksonville School for the Deaf.
