Hi Greg,

How were we to know that you would come so far in your life and reach success only to that one day when we would lose you to the angels?

To your friends you were strong and were free to talk about your experiences and trials in your life. You taught us to understand the freedom you desired and achieved so that we could joke with you about your disability as you joked with us about ours. You know, I'm blind in one eye and can't see out of the other.

That June day in 1988 was a tragic automobile accident, and even an airvac to the hospital was not fast enough to save your life on earth. You made our friendships stronger as we carried you to your resting place and as we touched your deep memory one last time.

You now have eternal knowledge and peace, my friend. Your soul will inspire us forever. We miss you our friend, and coming back to visit you here and also in the Mesa City Cemetery 20 years later, it seems just like yesterday when we started missing you so.

By the way, it's still your turn to deal... Please keep an eye on us, Greg.
