Amanda was born in Temple Texas to Kurt and Karen (Neal) Young. She was the oldest of three children and lived life like tommorrow would always be there---something we all take for granted i guess. On a weekend trip to visit friends away at college, one stormy and raining night her life ended way to soon in a terrible car accident. At the time of her death Amanda's young son Austin was only 8 months old, but she surely loved being a mom and i am sure she watches over him still with wonder as to how he is growing up so quickly. Amanda left behind a younger sister Wendy and brother Brad, her parents and many true friends.
