Hubert B. Cheesman, 86, Frankfort, died at 10:00 a.m. Friday, March 18, 2011 at St. Vincent Frankfort Hospital.
Mr. Cheesman was born July 23, 1924 in Muncie to Buren A. and Dora E. (Gum) Cheesman. He married Mary Pat Irwin on June 24, 1951 and she survives.
Surviving are his wife of Frankfort; one daughter, Trudy Kaye (husband Butch) Beckner, Frankfort; one son, Rudy Ray Cheesman, Frankfort; two grandchildren, Chad (Natalie) Hodgen and Evan (Kristen) Hodgen; and six great-grandchildren, Danielle, Taylor, Hannah, Sam, Lela and Ben.
He was preceded in death by one daughter, Brenda Kay.
Services will be held 3:00 p.m. Tuesday at Genda Funeral Home, Greg Tegarden officiating.
Burial will be in Green Lawn Cemetery with military burial rites.
