A resident of Allen County 40 years, she was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Hessen Cassel , and the Rosary Sodality, and was a former county Farm Bureau social and educational leader.
Survivors include one son, Arthur Wyss, Fort Wayne; two daughters, Mrs. Joseph Steenman, R.R. 10, and Mrs. Harold Johnson, R.R. 2, Huntington; three sisters, Mrs. Phillip Alles, Columbia City, Mrs. Herman Johnson, Huntington, and Miss Martha Ness, Fort Wayne; one brother, Edward Ness, Columbia City; 26 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Services will be at 8:30 Saturday at Elzey Home for Funerals, Waynedale, and at 9 a.m. in St. Joseph's Church, Msgr. Robert Contant officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Rosary services will be 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. today.
