Her husband of 52 years, Oscar L. Anger, died in 1991. She leaves her daughter, Claudette M. Genis and her son-in-law, Edward F. Genis, of Auburn; her grandson, Gregg E. Genis and his wife, Erin M. (O'Hara) Genis, of Sutton; her great-granddaughters: Nicole Genis and Becky Genis, both of Sutton; her sisters: Bernadette Bolduc of Worcester and Florence "Flossie" Duncan of Albuquerque, NM; and nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by 14 brothers and sisters. Born in Mont Carmel, Quebec, on January 31, 1917, a daughter of the late Polydore and Emma (Paquette) Desjardins, she lived for 18 years in Worcester, 34 years in Millbury, 17 years in North Palm Beach, FL, and 7 years in Auburn, before she returned to Millbury last year.

Mrs. Anger was a seamstress and sewing instructor at the R.J. Toomey Co., Worcester, where she worked for 25 years before retiring in 1967. She was a member of St. Brigid's Roman Catholic Parish, Millbury. An expert seamstress, she enjoyed sewing for her family, knitting afghans and crocheting, cooking and baking, and babysitting her great-granddaughters.

Her funeral was July 25, from Turgeon Funeral Home, Millbury, with a Funeral Mass in St. Brigid's Roman Catholic Church. She is buried beside her beloved husband.
