Norma L. Hughes, 56, of Porter Road, a hairdresser for 38 years, died Saturday (Dec. 12, 1998) in Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center after a brief illness. The former Norma McLennan, born in Niagara Falls, was a member of the first cosmetology class to graduate from the former Trott Vocational High School. She also attended many cosmetology schools in the United States and Canada to update her skills and earned many certificates of completion.
