Born Sept. 18, 1892, in Macedonia, Yugoslavia, he received his education there. He married Para (Pearl) Taleff in 1921. A resident of Butte for 18 years, Mr. Eloff worked 40 years for the railroad.
Survivors besides his wife include his son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. James Eloff of Great Falls; sons-in-law and daughters, Mr. and Mrs. James Wier of Houston, and Dr. and Mrs. William Webster of Fargo, N.Dak.; a brother, Antone, and a sister, Bosna, both in Yugoslavia; ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Burial in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Butte. Mr. Eloff was a member of the Serbian Orthodox Church.
