JACK BLOODSWORTH

Jack Bloodsworth, 78, of Cantonment, passed away on Wednesday, January 19, 2005.


Jack loved hunting and was an avid fisherman. He was a friend to all and was
dearly loved and will be greatly missed by those who knew him. Jack was a loving
father and friend.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Lou Bloodsworth and daughter, Bertha
Goldie Montjoy.

Survivors include his children, Virginia Bailey (David), Mary Ann Walker,
Elizabeth Ann Reed, Lois Patricia Rajkovich, Jackie Erwin Bloodsworth, and Linda
Fay Richbourg; brothers, Raybon Bloodsworth and J.B. Bloodsworth; sisters,
Sennie Belle Mayfield and Minnie Richey; numerous grandchildren and
great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, January 22, 2004 at
Pensacola Memorial Gardens Funeral Home with Brother Gene Hudson officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday evening from 7-8 PM.

Burial will be in Pensacola Memorial Gardens.

PENSACOLA MEMORIAL GARDENS FUNERAL HOME is in charge of arrangements.
