Mrs. Carrie Scott Called To Reward
Mrs. Carrie E. Scott, 59, passed away Thursday at the Hamil Clinic where she had been a patient for the past ten days. Mrs. Scott was preceded in death by her husband who passed away Thursday, November 17, only a week ago.
Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at three o'clock at the residence, 118 Seventh Avenue West with Dr. Jesse Rogers officiating. Interment will follow in the City cemetery, Brown directing.
The deceased is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Frank Justice and Mrs. Jim Lee of Decatur; one sister, Mrs. J.E. Latham of Florence, and three grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Ed Rainey, Tim Lyons, Bob Nixon, James Norwood, Murray Dodd and J.H. Jackson.
