Oscar Howard"Andy" Anderson,78,of NewPort Richey,Fla.,formerly of Sioux City,Iowa,died Wenesday,May 19,1999 at his residence after a long battle with cancer.Services will be 11a.m.at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chaple in Sioux City,with Rev.Mark Huba of Upper Room Apostolic Church in New Port Richey,Fla.Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery.Howard "Andy" was born July 29,1920,in Wolbach,Neb.,son of Oscar Phillip & Anna Mae(Kenney)Anderson.He graduated from Wolbach High School.He served with the CCC's and U.S.Army Airforce.He was a dental technician,working with Percision,Prodenco and TriState Dental Laboratories in Sioux City,Ia.He married Majorie C.Lund,Jan 9,1943.She died Sept 3,1952.He then married Dorothy M.Bishop,June 25,1955.Survivors include his beloved wife,Dorothy of Fla.;son and wife Phillip and Rhonda of New Port Richey,two daughters;Mary Lynn & Tim Malloy of Lawton,Ia.Janelle & Steve Bullock of Port Richey,brother Leroy & Maxine Bucy of Creston,Ia.sister;Leona & Marvin Brown of Nevada,Iowa.four granddaughters,two grandsons;three Great-grandchildern.He was preceded in death by;two sisters.Lois M.Spears and Doris J.Wallace.Pallbears will be;Phillip O.Anderson,Norman Focht,Tom Kingquist,Richard Elleson,Don Kumm,Tony Fredrickson.
