Fannie Louise Harned Phinney was born 06 Aug 1859 to Lyman and Louisa (Armstrong) Harned in Hampton, Iowa. Her death certificate says her father was George Harned but that is wrong. George was Lyman's brother and died at a young age way before Fannie could have been born. She married John Horatio Phinney 11 September 1879. She died 08 Jan 1940 in Tonkawa, Kay, Oklahoma. She was living with Aunt Florry and her family. She and John had 8 children. One child, Maude died at birth in 1895. She and John have two daughter's buried in this same cemetery. They are Abbie Judith Shaw and Ethel Mae Schafer.
