Born in Buchanan County she was the daughter of the late William McHenry Mack and Susan Jennie Sayers Osborne. She was a member of the Fork Ridge Pentecostal holiness Church

She was preceded in death by her husband--Charlie Olbert Webb and one daughter--Lucy Annis Webb

Two brothers--Noah J. Osborne and Neely Thomas Tom Osborne.

Survivors
Two sons--Curtis Webb of Cleveland Ohio and Jennings Webb of Doran Virginia

Five daughters--Mrs. Fred(Nadyne)Lester of Red Ash Virginia--Mrs. Harold(Doris)Rose of Parisburg Virginia--Mrs. Jerry(Emma)Absher of Road Ridge--Esther Farmer of Richlands Virginia--Mrs. Roger(Sue)Gross of Cedar Bluff Virginia

Four brothers--King Osborne of Richlands Virginia--Robert Osborne of Grimsleyville Virginia--Tivis Osborne of Belfast Virginia and Elmer Osborne of Mt. Hope West Virginia

burial will follow in the Ball Cemetery at Road Ridge
