Mrs. Lizzie Jean Abner age 75, of Greenroad, KY departed this life on Thursday, November 4, 2010 in the Knox county Hospital. She was the wife of Walter Abner and the daughter of Leonard Cheek and Martha Lawson Cheek born to them on December 28, 1933 in Clay Co., KY. She was a homemaker and a member of the White's Branch Holiness Church.
She is preceded in death by two daughters, Linda Sue Abner and Marilyn Abner, her parents, Leonard and Martha Cheek and three brothers Alvin Cheek, Gary Cheek and George Cheek and four sisters Alta Vaughn, Anna Lawson, Della Henson and Alfa Gross.
Mrs. Abner also leaves behind a host of many other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
