Ismael was born Oct. 7, 1988, in Burley, Idaho, the son of Pablo Ochoa and Dominga Arredondo Ochoa. He was the youngest of four boys. Ismael's three brothers are Pablo Ochoa Jr., Felipe Ochoa and Tony Ochoa, all of Burley, Idaho. Ismael went to school in Burley and went to Boise to get his diploma. He was taking college classes over the Internet. Ismael enjoyed playing games, reading, going camping and fishing with his Dad. Ismael loved helping his mother water her plants and do yard work. Ismael was especially fond of going to his friends' to watch movies or play games. He was in the process of creating a video game with his friend, Fabian, and learning to rap with another friend, Mario.
Ismael was a fan of the Dallas Cowboys and loved to play football with his cousin, Francisco, and other friends.
Ismael was loved by all his nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles, brothers and sister-in-law, Mom and Dad, and four great nieces, all of whom are from Texas and Idaho.
A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, April 18, in Ismael's honor at the Little Flower Catholic Church, 1601 Oakley Ave, in Burley. There will be a rosary held from 6 to 8 p.m. the night before at the Morrison-Payne Funeral Home, 321 E. Main St. in Burley. Interment will follow the funeral at the Gem Memorial Gardens in Burley. Services are under the direction of Morrison Payne Funeral Home.
